1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch confirmation. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is unused and in original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, installed pumps, or products damaged due to improper handling or installation are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Service Cancellation

Service bookings can be cancelled prior to technician dispatch. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, service charges may apply.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a PumpKraft error (wrong or defective product).
